Unless an order expressly states that Peridot is the seller, products listed on the marketplace are supplied by the approved supplier identified in the relevant listing and order. Peridot operates the marketplace and may coordinate payment and order administration. The applicable seller and transaction terms are shown before payment is requested.
Selling price / 販売価格
Product prices are displayed on the applicable product page, accepted negotiation, auction result, quotation, or final order. Trade-only prices may be visible only to approved buyers. The final payable amount is shown in the buyer's order before payment is requested.
Additional charges / 商品代金以外の必要料金
Depending on the transaction, shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, import charges, and bank or intermediary transfer fees may apply. Any amount collected by Peridot is itemised in the final order before payment is requested. Charges imposed directly by a bank, carrier, customs authority or other third party may be payable separately by the buyer where stated.
Payment methods / 支払方法
Bank transfer: available for eligible direct orders. Buyers transfer the exact final amount to the Peridot bank account shown in the order after Peridot issues payment instructions.
Credit / debit card:will be made available only after Peridot's approved marketplace payment provider is activated. Card payments are not currently requested through the live checkout unless expressly enabled on the site.
Payment timing / 支払時期
For bank transfer, no payment is due when the buyer initially places the order. After Peridot confirms the final total and issues bank instructions, payment is due within 7 calendar days unless the order expressly states another deadline. An unpaid order may be cancelled and its inventory reservation released after the payment deadline.
Delivery / 商品の引渡時期
Unless a different specific period is displayed in the product listing or final order before payment, the seller dispatches the goods within10 business days after Peridot confirms receipt of payment. Transit time depends on the delivery destination and carrier. For bespoke, inspection-dependent, or otherwise exceptional orders, a different delivery period will be shown before payment is requested.
Cancellation and returns / キャンセル・返品
Unpaid direct orders may be cancelled before payment is recorded unless an accepted auction, negotiation, bespoke order, or other transaction term expressly provides otherwise. After payment, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless seller-specific terms shown before payment allow them.
If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with the agreed description, contact Peridot within 7 calendar days of receipt with supporting information. Peridot and the seller will review the claim under the applicable order terms. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Order confirmation / 注文の確認
Before a bank-transfer payment is requested, the buyer can review the products, quantities, unit prices, seller-specific subtotal, applicable additional charges, final total, payment method and payment deadline in the Peridot account. Buyers should verify these details before transferring funds.
